What to do for daily maintenance of excavator telescoping stick

Regular maintenance:

①The fuel filter element and additional fuel filter element should be replaced after the new excavator telescoping stick works for 250H;Check engine valve clearance.

②Daily maintenance;Check, clean or replace the air filter element;Clean the inside of the cooling system;Check and tighten bolts of track plate;Check and adjust the track tension;Check the intake heater;Replace bucket teeth;Adjust the bucket clearance;Check the cleaning fluid level of front window;Check and adjust the air conditioning;Clean the cockpit floor;Replace the filter element of crusher (optional parts).When cleaning the inside of the cooling system, after the engine is fully cooled, slowly loosen the water injection cap to release the internal pressure of the water tank, and then release the water.Do not clean the engine while it is running. High-speed rotating fans can be dangerous.When cleaning or replacing the coolant, the machine should be placed on the horizontal floor;Replace coolant and corrosion protection.

③Check items before starting the engine.Check the height of the coolant level (add water);Check engine oil level and add oil;Check fuel oil level (refueling);Check hydraulic oil level (add hydraulic oil);Check whether the air filter element is blocked;Check electrical wiring;Check whether the horn is normal;Check the lubrication of the bucket;Check for water and sediment in the oil/water separator.

⑤Every 250h maintenance project.Check the oil level in the final transmission box (add gear oil);Check battery electrolyte;Replace oil in engine oil sump and engine filter element;Lubrication slewing support (2);Check the tensioning of fan belt, check the tensioning of air conditioning compressor belt and make adjustment.

⑥Every 500h maintenance project.Simultaneous maintenance of every 100 and 250H;Replace the fuel filter element;Check the height of the rotary pinion grease (add the grease);Check and clean radiator fin, oil radiator fin and coolant radiator fin;Replace the hydraulic oil filter element;Replace the oil in the final transmission box (only at 500h for the first time, and once after 1000h);Clean the air filter elements inside and outside the air conditioner system;Replace the hydraulic oil vent filter element.

⑦Every 1000h maintenance project.Simultaneous maintenance of every 100, 250 and 500h;Replace the oil in the rotary mechanism box;Check the oil level of shock absorber housing (return oil);Check all fasteners of turbocharger;Check the clearance of the turbocharger rotor;Check and replace the tensioning degree of generator belt;Replace the anti-corrosion filter element;Replace the oil in the final transmission box.

⑧Every 2,000 h maintenance projects.Complete maintenance projects for every 100, 250, 500 and 1000 hours;Clean the filter screen of hydraulic oil tank;Clean and check the turbocharger;Check generator and start motor;Check engine valve clearance (and adjust);Check the shock absorber.

⑨Maintenance (PET-4000h) above.Increase the inspection of water pump every 4000h;Increase the item of replacing hydraulic oil every 5000h.

⑩Prolonged storage.When the machine is stored for a long time, the working device should be placed on the ground to prevent rust of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder;Clean and dry the machine and store it in a dry environment indoors.If the limit on the condition can only be stored outdoors, the machine should be parked on the cement floor with good drainage;Before storage, fill up the fuel tank, lubricate all parts, replace the hydraulic oil and oil, spread a thin layer of butter on the exposed metal surface of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, remove the negative terminal of the battery, or remove the battery and store it separately;Add an appropriate proportion of antifreeze liquid to the cooling water according to the lowest ambient temperature;Start the engine once a month and operate the machine to lubricate the moving parts and charge the battery;Turn on the air conditioner and refrigerate for 5-10min.
