Hydraulic breakers hammer is an impact hydraulic vibration device, also known as a breaker. In engineering, it is mainly used for crushing, drilling and dismantling hard objects such as rocks, reinforced concrete, asphalt cement pavement and old buildings.
Theoretical basis for reasonable configuration of excavators and hydraulic hammers
The reasonable configuration of the excavator and the hydraulic hammer can make the hydraulic hammer more efficient and ensure the service life of the hydraulic hammer and the excavator. Generally, consideration is given to the ratio coefficient of the overall operating quality of the excavator, the output flow of the spare valve installed with the hydraulic hammer, and whether the pressure matches the working flow and pressure of the hydraulic breakers hammer.
(1) The ratio coefficient of the overall operating quality of the excavator
Ratio coefficient = (working weight of hydraulic hammer × maximum working radius of excavator on the ground)/(operating weight of excavator × half of the distance between the left and right sides of the crawler) If the ratio calculated by the formula is less than 0.3, it means that the hydraulic hammer is selected too small, which will cause hydraulic pressure. The hammer is quickly damaged: If the ratio is greater than 0.5, it means that the hydraulic hammer is selected to affect its effect.
(2) Working flow and pressure
When selecting the hydraulic breakers hammer, pay attention to make the flow requirement of the hydraulic hammer match the output flow of the spare valve of the excavator. The flow rate is proportional to the number of impacts of the hydraulic hammer, and the flow rate is too small to achieve the intended purpose. However, if the flow rate is too large, the hydraulic system will generate too much heat, causing the oil temperature to rise too high and reducing the service life of the hydraulic hammer. In addition, it is necessary to check that the working pressure of the hydraulic hammer is consistent with the limit pressure of the standby valve. If it does not match, it should be adjusted according to the rated pressure of the hydraulic breakers hammer within the adjustment range of the spare valve.
