1. Precautions for maintenance of the electrical system of the pile-driving boom excavator
① If the wire gets damp or the insulation layer is damaged, the electrical system will leak electricity, which may cause the machine to malfunction or cause other accidents.
②Check the tension, damage and wear of the fan belt, and check the battery electrolyte level.
③Do not disassemble or disassemble any electrical components installed on the machine.
④Fake and inferior electrical components that do not meet the requirements shall not be installed.
⑤When cleaning the pile-driving boom excavator or working in rainy days, do not let the electrical system get wet.
⑥ When working on the beach, the electrical system should be carefully cleaned to prevent corrosion.
⑦When installing air coolers or other electrical equipment, they should be connected to an independent power connector. The selected power source must never be connected to a fuse, start switch or battery relay.
2. Precautions for maintenance of hydraulic system of pile-driving boom excavator
During and immediately after the operation, the temperature of the hydraulic oil is still high. Therefore, be careful when inspecting and maintaining the hydraulic system of the pile-driving arm excavator.
① Place the pile-driving boom excavator on a level ground, lower the bucket to the ground, and then release the hydraulic cylinder line pressure.
②Let the engine stop and wait for the oil temperature to drop before performing maintenance. Even if the oil temperature drops, there is still pressure inside the system. When checking and maintaining the hydraulic circuit, in order to release the internal pressure of the system, air should be discharged from the hydraulic oil tank.
③ Regularly check the hydraulic oil level, replace the oil filter, and refill the hydraulic oil.
④ After disassembling the high-pressure hose, check whether the 2-ring or gasket is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it.
⑤After cleaning or replacing the filter element and screen of the hydraulic oil filter, or after disassembling the hydraulic pipeline, the air in the oil circuit should be discharged.
