The Principle of Self-lubrication

    The lubricating oil in the bushing is heated to expand while the pin is running. Then, the oil flows from upper area where the oil pressure is higher into the contacting area of the bushing and pin, and forms a film between the bushing and pin. In the bottom area of bushing, the oil is forced to the inner part of the bushing because of high pressure, and then flows to its upper area. Therefore, self-lubrication circulation of the oil is functioned.
