Precautions for the installation and use of excavator hydraulic breakers

Installation and removal

Bucket and excavator hydraulic breakers work alternately. During the replacement process, because the hydraulic pipeline is easily contaminated, it should be disassembled and installed according to the following methods. 

1. Move the excavator to a plain site free of mud, dust and debris, turn off the engine, and release the pressure in the hydraulic pipeline and the gas in the fuel tank.

2. Rotate the shut-off valve installed at the end of the boom 90 degrees to the OFF position to prevent the hydraulic oil from flowing out.

3. Loosen the hose plug on the boom of the excavator hydraulic breakers, and then connect the small amount of hydraulic oil that flows out into a container.

4. To prevent mud and dust from entering the oil pipeline, plug the hose with a plug and plug the pipeline with an internal thread plug. To prevent contamination by dust, tie the high-pressure and low-pressure pipes with iron wires.

--Hose plug. When equipped with bucket operation, the plug is to prevent the mud and dust on the breaker from entering the hose.

--Internal thread plug The internal thread plug is to prevent the mud or dust attached to the equipment host from entering the oil pipe.

5. If you want to disassemble the breaker, first remove the pin connected to the stick; store the breaker outdoors, put it on the sleeper and cover it with thin cloth.

6. The excavator hydraulic breakers will not be used for a long time, please keep it according to the following methods

1) Clean the outside of the breaker; 2) After removing the steel drill from the shell, apply anti-corrosion oil; 3) Before pushing the piston to the nitrogen chamber, the nitrogen in the nitrogen chamber must be sent out; 4) Renew When assembling, the parts on the breaker should be coated with lubricating oil before assembling.

7. If the excavator hydraulic breakers needs to be installed, the process is reverse to the removal sequence mentioned above. If you carry out bucket work, it will be easy to contaminate the hose and the end of the pipeline. The contaminated part should be cleaned immediately (please use hydraulic oil or diesel for cleaning)

Inspection items for excavator hydraulic breakers: Whether bolts and nuts are loose, damaged or falling off. Through-body bolts, splint bolts, accumulator bolts, hose joints are loose, damaged, whether there is oil leakage, whether the hydraulic pipeline for the breaker is soft, and the hydraulic oil is soft. Pipe, whether there is an abnormal leaking oil nitrogen chamber and the connection surface of the cylinder block, clean the connection part of the front cylinder block and the steel brazing, whether the steel brazing has abnormal wear and cracking, the lubricating oil starts to work and every 2-3 work After hours, use a manual grease gun to butter.
