The excavator vibrating hammers is a pile foundation construction machine used in construction projects, which is used for the construction of concrete cast-in-place piles. After matching with the pile frame, it can sink concrete cast-in-place piles, concrete expanded bottom piles (garlic piles), lime piles, sand piles, and gravel piles; when equipped with pile clamps, it can sink and pull out concrete precast piles and various steel piles. It is a common equipment for infrastructure construction such as highways, bridges, airports, and buildings. In addition, the excavator vibrating hammers can also be used for piling of machinery such as vibrating pipe sinking pile machine and plate inserting machine.

02 Composition of excavator vibrating hammers

The excavator vibrating hammers includes a vibration absorber and a vibrator. The vibration absorber is composed of a lifting pulley, a beam, a vertical shaft and a vibration absorption frame. The vibration absorption frame is fixed on the upper part of the vibrator. Compression springs are inserted into a group, and the upper part of the vertical shaft is fixed with a beam.

The vibrator is composed of a motor, a box, an eccentric block, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, and a gear. The power is transmitted by the motor through a V-belt to the main and driven shafts in the box, which are meshed with a pair of cylindrical gears. There are four eccentric blocks. The lifting pulley of the product can be replaced by a lifting ring. Also includes electrical installations integrated with the electrical parts of the pile frame. The electrical installation of the product can also be configured individually.
