① Lack of fuel causes self-extinguishing.

② There is oil leakage in the oil circuit of the excavator, and the fuel injection pump is malfunctioning.

③ The long reach front excavator extinguishes itself. If the engine speed gradually decreases and the exhaust pipe black smoke phenomenon before, it is likely to be caused by the unsmooth oil supply of the excavator oil circuit, poor engine lubrication, and engine shaft burning.

④ When the excavator is in operation, it suddenly turns off by itself, or the diesel is dirty. It is recommended to replace the diesel filter first and calibrate the fuel injector.

⑥ If the excavator is automatically turned off after a hot car, and the excavator cannot be started for a short time after the flame is turned off, it is likely that the diesel pump (high-pressure fuel pump) or the nozzle problem is caused. At this time, the diesel pump can be flushed with cold water. If you can hit it immediately, there is a problem with the oil pump or nozzle.

⑦ Engine problem: The engine's air intake resistance is large, and the fuel intake is blocked, causing the self-extinguishing phenomenon.

⑧ Hydraulic system problem: the pump pressure is too high.

⑨ Electrical problem of the excavator: the control system received the wrong signal, which caused the automatic flameout phenomenon to occur.

2. The long reach front excavator stalled

Under normal circumstances, if the long reach front excavator suddenly turns off during operation and it is stalled, the following inspections need to be done:

① The first thing that needs to be checked is the excavator's oil supply line. Check whether the oil supply line is smooth or not? Is there any blockage in the oil line? It is recommended to clean the fuel filter, replace all filter elements, disassemble and inspect the diesel pump, and check whether the fuel injection length of the fuel nozzle It reaches about 6~7cm.

② Next, it is necessary to check whether the engine is overloaded or the engine is overheated due to long-term operation of the excavator engine, and the engine self-protection function is activated.

③Excavator stalling is usually a fuel circuit failure. It is recommended to carefully check the oil circuit for air or oil leakage, check the pipe joint seal for damage, check whether the filter element is stuck, and check whether the oil-water separator drain cap is present. No tightening etc.

④ The flameout may also be a hydraulic problem. Specifically, it is caused by the power mismatch between the hydraulic pump and the engine. At this time, you need to use professional maintenance equipment to measure, and to debug the valve group pressure, you need to use professional equipment.
