No action is one of the more common failure phenomena during the operation of the long reach front excavator. It is manifested as: sudden no action of the excavator, no action after starting the operation, no action of the whole vehicle, no action of left and right rotation, no response of action, no action of handle , Hydraulic pressure does not work, etc.

The long reach front excavator has no action and the reason for no action:

1.The amount of oil in the hydraulic oil tank is insufficient.

2. The main pump has abnormal oil intake (the main pump does not enter oil, there is no pressure, and the oil circuit is blocked).

3. Internal leakage and insufficient pressure.

4. The pilot control fails and the spool does not move.

5. The pilot solenoid valve fails, the battery valve is not energized or the solenoid valve is damaged.

6. The safety solenoid valve is damaged.

7. The coupling is damaged.

8. The hydraulic lock switch is broken.

9.The circuit is faulty, the fuse is burned or the circuit is short-circuited.

10.Hydraulic failure.

11.There is a problem with the multi-way valve.

The maintenance method of the long reach front excavator without movement and no movement:

1.Start the long reach front excavator and check the pump pressure of the excavator on the monitoring panel (or connect to the pressure gauge to measure).

2.Replace the switch or short-circuit the switch directly.

3.Use a multimeter to measure the voltage and resistance of the solenoid valve of the hydraulic lock.

4. Disassemble and inspect the solenoid valve and check whether the solenoid valve core is stuck or worn?

5. Measure the pilot pressure of the excavator.

6.Check the excavator circuit.
