1. Maintenance and use of eccentric iron:

（1）The eccentric iron assembly must be maintained regularly.

（2）During the use of the excavator tamper, the gear oil should be replaced in time to prevent the eccentric iron assembly from being damaged and strained due to the entry of foreign objects, resulting in wear of the cylinder block and piston.

2, The pipeline:

When using the excavator tamper, special supporting pipelines should be used, and the pipeline and its joints must be kept clean each time it is disassembled.

3.The use of hydraulic oil:

Before installing the excavator tamper, be sure to filter the hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank, and replace the oil on the excavator. The oil on the excavator should be replaced frequently according to the service life of the excavator. If the oil is not replaced in time, the motor will be strained.

4.The use and maintenance of bolts and nuts:

The operator must carefully check whether the bolts and nuts of each part are loose after 1 hour of working on the vibrating ram for the first time, and check it every 10 hours in the future. If they are loose, they must be tightened. At the same time, the operator is required to take the inspection of bolts and nuts as a regular inspection item, check the looseness of all bolts on time, and re-sleeve them as needed.

5. The attack method:

1. In order to make full use of the excavator tamper, it must be properly pressurized, and the pressure cannot be too large or too small. When the object to be grabbed breaks or begins to crack, stop the blow of the vibratory rammer immediately, so as to avoid harmful "empty hitting".

2. It is forbidden to support the excavator with vibrating rammer for a long time.

3. It is forbidden to work continuously on the same click point for more than 30 seconds.

4. It is forbidden to work in water.

5. It is forbidden to use the operation method of falling vibrating rammer.
